Job description: Including but not limited to all tasks below2. Be the main point of contact for True’s sales team, end users, dealers and service providers.3. Review, approve and deny guarantees and claims of parties and system registries.4. Draft detailed reports to the USA office. Said reports will have to include daily reports, quality, and production, with any observation that may apply.5. Training on the field, office, and Company, as well as on the Factory, with combination of power point presentations.6. General development of instructions regarding equipment.7. Provide onsite technical support in conjunction to bigger and complex installations throughout the assigned territory.8. Travel within the Country and abroad for training.9. Work with an active member of the Company, helping on daily activities.10. Work within the services department in Mexico City or in another office.Or any other similar activity.Job duties & responsibilities: Including but not limited to all task below.- Work with service providers to negotiate service invoices that are not within warranty parameters- Report regularly to LATAM management on technical market findings limitations and suggested actions in order to reduce customer complaints, improve customer service excellent and portfolio improvements.- Assist local sales managers with technical expertise and support in conjunction to key customer communication & meetings withing the assigned territory.- Build, develop and execute service after marketing excellent within the assigned territory for all customers, service providers & major chains while working with sales team & LATAM tech service team.Required experience- Ability to work independently with minimum interaction from direct manager, must be effective while working remotely from management.Additional requirements- Extraordinary communication skills verbal & written.- Extraordinary organizational and time management skills.- Ability to created detailed reports.- Software proficiency PowerPoint, Excel & Word.- Ability to travel between 30% and 40%, up to 5 consecutive days.Education requirements:- Engineering degreeWork Location: One location
