Service Coordinator is responsible for leading, directing and coordinating activities to obtain optimum efficiency and profitability of services for customers in a field of automation and warehouse system management. The role will maximize the speed and quality of services to meet company and customers’ expectations while maintaining consistency with Elettric80 processes and service offering.**Responsibilities**:- Manages all service orders and a full cycle process:- Scheduling of interventions- Identification of suitable resources- Supervision of closure activities- Oversees overall Service and Reliability improvement efforts and customer satisfaction- Provides leadership and direction to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the reliability culture, and provides technical expertise and support to technician- Manages, monitors and improves CS services activities at customer sites- Ensures field services are effective and customers’ requirements are met- Manages and collects CS technical reporting documents- Provides Customer Care Management with regular updates and reports about the status of site activities- Assist in planning, developing, instructing and providing ongoing technical training in technologies and procedures for technicians- Responsible for preparation of quotes for service- Recommends solutions and resolves customer issues/complaints- Provides support to Elettric80 Inc. Spare Parts department- Develops collaborative partnerships with business leads and stakeholders and continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships**Requirements**:- BA Degree in the electrical or mechanical engineering or similar field- Experience in the automation and/or material handling industry is required- A demonstrated ability to lead and motivate employees and get results through others- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to other technical resources- Ability to lead by example and make decisions based on strong analytical insight- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a team environment- Ability to think ahead and plan over 3-6 month time span- Must have good written and oral communication skillsThis job description may be changed to include new responsibilities and tasks or change existing ones as Company deems necessary.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento gratuito- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Teléfono de la empresa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horas
