And if that’s you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:Profile- Degree in Business Administration, Engineer or related areas;- Advanced English;- Portuguese will be a plus;- Advanced Office (Excel);- Knowledge in SAP CRM;- Committed and Proactive;- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills;- Optimistic and resilient;- Adaptable, can identify the urgency of tasks and prioritize the tasks accordingly.Main Activities- Coordinate field service engineers dispatch to service Rockwell products at customer locations to support our users;- Support to solve issues;- Collaborate with Specialists and Business Process Owners to identify and develop best practices.- Support Global Projects;- Identify trends and escalate to the proper channel.
