Process Engineer Supervisor

We warmly welcome local candidates in Mexico to be part of our team as we expand globally. Key Responsibilities Plan and prepare for new product introduction (NPI) into mass production. Monitor and improve product yield; conduct root cause analysis and follow up on production issues. Coordinate product ramp-up activities, including technical training and guidance for relevant departments. Manage product transfer tasks between sites or production lines. Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to optimize production processes and improve manufacturability. Requirements 3-5 years of relevant work experience in process or manufacturing engineering. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. Proven experience in FA (Failure Analysis); strong hands-on skills in soldering and rework techniques. Familiarity with circuit/block diagram reading. Ability to read main chip datasheets (timing charts, power rails, I/O signals). Proficiency in using multimeters and oscilloscopes as diagnostic tools. Experience in reading test logs/boot logs from testing devices/DUTs for debugging purposes. Experience in RF-related production is a plus. Ability to read LitePoint IQ series output files and understand the background algorithms is an added advantage. Proficiency in English; Mandarin or other languages are a plus. Responsible for formulating weekly work plans and targets for the production line, ensuring alignment with production and sales objectives, and making adjustments and optimisations based on actual circumstances. Coordinate and organise production schedules, collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of production plans, and promptly resolve issues arising during the production process. Manage production team members, including shift/team leaders and production staff, to ensure team efficiency and work quality. Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their professional competence and technical skills, ensuring they are capable of undertaking all assigned tasks. Responsible for quality management during the manufacturing process, ensuring product quality stability and improvement, and addressing quality issues such as OQA market customer complaints. Qualifications College degree in engineering technology is a plus. Manufacturing-related experience, preferably in television manufacturing. Proficient in using office software. Fluent English in communication and writing. Maintain, update, and enforce engineering procedures, work instructions, and quality standards across all production lines. Develop 2D/3D models, assembly structures, jigs/fixtures, and manufacturing drawings using CAD tools. Validate prototypes against design specifications. Lead process flow redesign, control plan development, and statistical process control (SPC) for new and existing product lines to reduce defects and improve yield. Monitor production schedules, process parameters, and output metrics; resolve bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery and quality targets. Mentor technicians, delegate tasks, and train cross-functional teams on new processes, equipment, and quality protocols. Partner with Quality, and Production teams to resolve technical issues and align process goals with business objectives. Additional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or production support roles within electronics/electromechanical manufacturing (high-mix/high-volume environments preferred). Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CAD and SAP systems. Fluent English (written/spoken) for technical documentation, global stakeholder communication, and team collaboration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
