Customer Service Coordinator

As a CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR, you will be in charge of the change management work team, interacting with the various internal areas of the organization, having a strong communication and taking on new company projects**Key Responsibilities**:- Ensure the team's goals are met by empowering its members through strong communication strategies and continuous improvement initiatives by using critical metrics- Efficiently attend, manage, and follow-up service offers.- Attend in an efficient and timely manner to customers' service- Responsible for being the point of contact with the internal team to understand the impact and scope of the projects.- Encourage contact with concessions team, responsible for negotiation in the implementation of projects.- Successfully build a change management plan.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in projects and as a team leader.- Validated knowledge in Salesforce, Oracle- Knowing how to respond to a problem reacting with actions and conditions (Business Continuity Plan)- Bachelor's Degree +in Administration or equivalent.- English proficiency.- Excellent negotiation skills.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**:Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
