Engineering Account Manager

We're currently seeking for an Engineering Account Manager, an asset that plays a critical role in supporting customers, ensuring engineering efforts align with business requirements, and leveraging a deep understanding of the client's product offerings.**Role & Responsibilities**:Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and business inquiries.- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with SensFlo’s solutions.Sales and Business Development- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and close deals.- Meet sales targets and drive revenue growth from existing accounts.Technical Consultation- Understand client technical requirements and recommend relevant solutions.- Partner with engineering teams to develop customized solutions.- Simplify complex technical concepts for clear client understanding.Project Coordination- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.- Manage project timelines and regularly update clients on progress.- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.Market and Industry Analysis- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.- Provide feedback to product development teams regarding evolving client needs.- Other Duties as Assigned**Requirements**:- 2+ years of experience working as an Account Manager for Engineering and Technical roles.- Technical Expertise: Background in engineering, IT, or a related field.- Strong Communication: Ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.- Problem-Solving Skills: Effectively address and resolve client challenges.- Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and account growth strategies.- This role demands a mix of technical knowledge, customer relationship skills, and a keen understanding of business strategy to ensure SensFlo’s solutions deliver value to clients in the manufacturing sector.- Located within LATAMOur Recruitment Process- Video Interview- 20-minute take-home skills test- 30-minute Call with the Recruiter (project, benefits, etc.)- Interviews directly with the client (depending on the project the # of interviews may vary, this may include an assessment)- Final Offer**Benefits**:- Work Remote Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)- Vacation: 10 business days a year- Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year- Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Zipdev Day)- Parental Leave- Health Care Reimbursement- Active Lifestyle Reimbursement- Quarterly Home Office Reimbursement- Payroll Deduction Purchase Plans- Longevity Bonus- Continuous Learning Bonus- Access to Training and Professional Development Platforms- Did we mention it's REMOTE?
