Líder Supply Chain Fábrica Toluca Chocolates y BebidasLocalidad: TolucaMain Purpose of Job: Manage, guide and develop all Supply Chain functions at plant in order to meet production and business needs at required performance levels and at optimized costs.Key Outputs:- Ensure the delivery of outstanding service of factory Supply Chain at a minimum cost-to-serve- Manage, guide and develop the factory supply chain teams to ensure:- Detailed Production Scheduling is consistently delivering achievable plans for both manufacturing and filling/packaging operations within given Master Production Schedule, whilst minimizing production costs.- Material Management Planning (Inbound Material Management) makes raw & packaging material available on time and quality at best overall costs for seamless manufacturing; co-ordinates with suppliers of raw and packaging materials for maintaining service levels while constantly seeking improvement possibilities. Material Handling runs warehousing operations for raw & packaging material and for finished goods within company guidelines (Good Warehousing Practices); records accurately the inventory and checks inventory rotation; controls and co-ordinates all documents relevant to receipt and despatch of goods.- Ensure smooth operations by effective communication and close collaboration with all internal partners at factory, Supply Chain, Procurement and external partners as Suppliers, Customs and Transport providers.Key experiences:Relevant and successful operational experience in a supervisory role at market/plant level in at least one of the following areas: (4-5 years)- Manufacturing- Industrial Performance- Demand & Supply Planning - Warehousing- Inbound Material Management- Production Planning- ProcurementRelevant operational experience at market/plant level in the following areas is beneficial:- NCE- Finance: business planning, budget control, cost management
