**Ubicación**: Fábrica Toluca**Negocio**: Cafés**Años de experiência**: 7 a 8 años**Licenciatura**: concluida**RESÚMEN***:Manage, guide and develop all Supply Chain functions at plant in order to meet production and business needs at required performance levels and at optimized costs.**UN DÍA EN LA VIDA DE**Manage, guide and develop the factory supply chain teams to ensure:- Detailed Production Scheduling is consistently delivering achievable plans for both manufacturing andfilling/packaging operations within given Master Production Schedule, whilst minimizing production costs.- Material Handling runs warehousing operations for raw & packaging material and for finished goodswithin company guidelines (Good Warehousing Practices); records accurately the inventory and checksinventory rotation; controls and co-ordinates all documents relevant to receipt and despatch of goods.- Ensure smooth operations by effective communication and close collaboration with all internal partners atfactory, Supply Chain, Procurement and external partners as Suppliers, Customs and Transport providers.- Monitors and manages Safety, Health and Environment, Quality and CARE regulations- Collaborate with peer factory Supply Chain managers to share best practices, liaise with Lean Champion,Supply Chain, Procurement, Factory Management and Application Group to drive continuousimprovement.**LO QUE TE HARÁ EXITOSO**:Relevant and successful operational experience in a supervisory roleat market/plant level in at least one of the following areas:- Manufacturing- Industrial Performance- Demand & Supply Planning- Warehousing- Inbound Material Management- Production Planning- ProcurementRelevant operational experience at market/plant level in the followingareas is beneficial:- NCE- Finance: business planning, budget control, cost management- Transports- Supplier facing SCAdvantageous to have experience in the management of projectssuch as High-Performance Logistics, LER, Procurement Excellence.**English**: Intermediate
