Mitigating helps to derive financial benefits while mitigating the business risks of inaccurate data.You’ll be part of the Cooper Lighting Solutions’ Master Data Management team. The responsibilities for this team are to develop and implement data standards, guaranteeing metadata is captured correctly, and creating methods for monitoring and reporting any data incidents, sustainability requirements and inconsistencies in data; so, the combination of Data Analysis and Data Management activities, team player and thought leader must be in your DNA.We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch**What you’ll do**- Attribute products based on various syndication channel requirements and ensured correct data flow.- Enrich product data through various analytical techniques.- Provide timely sustainability analysis through specification sheet reviews and mathematical equations.- Improve data quality and completeness in the PIM and SAP system.- Coordinate with various US based team(s)s to gather information about products and product sustainability requirements.- Conduct data profiling, cleansing and data enrichment.- Prepare data metrics and publish the required reports.- Proactively seeks out operational issues and opportunities for improvement, and pursues solutions through researching multiple perspectives, data analysis, personnel interviews, and process analysis.**Your qualifications**- **Bachelor’s degree completed Electrical or Electronics Engineering (preferred) or related.**- **1+ years of experience in technical data gathering from technical sheet / datasheet.**- **Strong Excel skills.**- **Strong written and verbal communication skills.**- **Strong problem-solving skills.**- **Strong analytical skills.**- **Basic knowledge of SAP is desirable.**- **Fluent in English.**- **Lighting product knowledge, strong understanding of technical product documents/drawings, product lifecycle management is desirable.**- **_This is an onsite position._****What you’ll get in return**- Opportunity to develop lighting product knowledge and technologies.- Competitive salary depending on experience.- Extensive set of tools to drive your career, such as a personalized learning platform, free training, and coaching.We’re offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
