**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of Pre-Sales Engineers.- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.**Preferred qualifications**:- Experience with one technical area (e.g., networking, security, databases, AI/ML, IoT, etc.).- Experience in one programming language.- Understanding of common systems management concepts such as image management, patching, automated deployment, etc.- Understanding of cloud architecture and knowledge of one cloud provider.About the jobAs a Customer Engineer Manager, you and deliver what is most helpful for the customer. You will assist fellow sales Googlers by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers.
