Buscamos talento el cual encabece oficinas en CDMX para una empresa internacional dirigida a desarrollar soluciones integrales de marketing.**¿Qué tipo de perfil estamos buscando?**:- Estudios en Ingeniería Relaciones Comerciales, Administración, Mercadotecnia o carreras afines.- +10 años liderando operaciones en agencias de medios o publicidad 360.- Experiência sólida en medios dirigido al planning, buying y estrategia.- Liderazgo colaborativo y orientación a resultados.- **Ideal** que se cuente con conocimiento de tendencias, ecosistemas de medios y publicidad tanto en medios tradicionales como digitales en todos los canales.- **Altamente deseable** contar con experiência trabajando con cuentas y proyectos estadounidenses y latinoamericanos.- **Dominio del Inglés a nível avanzado.**:- Habilidad probada para gestionar operaciones, talento y cultura organizacional.- Experiência trabajando con equipos y mercados de EE. UU. y Latinoamérica (deseable)- Skills **estratégicas,**con visión al** desarrollo de negocio y crecimiento de**la empresa.**Tu día a día**:- Liderar las operaciones de la agencia en México, alineadas con objetivos en EEUU.- Desarrollar estrategias de talento, cultura y desempeño.- Supervisión de equipos.- Fortalecer la comunicación entre áreas compartidas y equipos de agencia.- Coordinar operaciones administrativas y de oficina.- Representar a la marca en eventos e impulsar oportunidades de negocio.- Administrar relaciones con proveedores (mantenimiento, seguridad, insumos)- Coordinar la logística de oficina (espacios, suministros, tecnología)- Ser el punto de contacto para temas administrativos y proponer mejoras.**Se ofrece**:**Sueldo bruto**mensual** de $134 mil pesos + Esquema 100% nómina + Prestaciones de Ley + Aguinaldo de 30 días + Vales de despensa + Seguro de vida + Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores + Fondo de ahorro.Horario laboral de lunes a viernes de 9 am a 6 pm.**Importante** El trabajo es en **modalidad presencial** y las oficinas se encuentran en la alc. Cuauhtémoc.
