Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.**JOB SUMMARY**The Benefits Specialist is a key member of the Compensation & Benefits team within Human Resources, responsible for administering and supporting employee benefits programs at a national level. This role collaborates with vendors and internal teams to ensure a seamless and effective benefits experience, while maintaining alignment with internal policies and best practices.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Administer and support national employee benefits programs according to established procedures.- vendors and insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.- Assist in the administration of employee benefit programs, ensuring accurate documentation is maintained both internally and with external vendors.- Maintain accurate and confidential employee benefits records.- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR (employee related inquiries) and issue resolution regarding benefits.- Support the development and continuous improvement of Benefits procedures, policies, and documentation.- Participate in benefits-related reporting, projects and comercial tender processes as required.- Update and maintain policies and forms to streamline benefits processes and plan administration.- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS****KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance.- Bilingual (English/Spanish).**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**- High School Diploma required.
