**Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist****Location: Oficinas en Pedro Moreno, Chapultepec (Guadalajara)****Modality: 100% Presencial | Lunes a Viernes****About the Role**:We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** with solid in-house recruitment experience to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers, and driving strategies to attract top talent. This role is strictly **on-site**, based in our Chapultepec offices, so we're looking for someone who thrives in face-to-face, collaborative environments.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across various departments.- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.- Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.- Participate in employer branding initiatives and internal recruitment projects.- Maintain a strong understanding of internal policies, procedures, and organizational structure.**Requirements**:- 2+ years of **in-house** recruitment experience (corporate/internal, **not consulting** or agency).- Proven track record managing full recruitment cycle.- Strong communication skills in **English and Spanish** (written and spoken).- Solid understanding of internal HR processes and hiring compliance.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site environment.- Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).**What We Offer**:- Monday to Friday schedule, 100% on-site (Chapultepec, Guadalajara).- Collaborative team and growth opportunities.- Competitive salary and benefits package.
