Si te apasionan las ventas tanto como a nosotros nos apasiona desarrollar talento, queremos conocerte.**Your responsibilities**:- **Responsabilidad de resultados**: Lidera el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas del distrito mediante la dirección, capacitación y desarrollo de su equipo de representantes, alineado con las políticas de Reckitt.- **Supervisión en campo**: Monitorea directamente el desempeño y calidad de las visitas médicas, enfocándose en la ejecución para identificar oportunidades de negocio y asegurar resultados.- **Enfoque en el cliente**: Conoce y supera las expectativas del cliente, tomando decisiones de beneficio mutuo que aseguren la atención adecuada por parte de la compañía.- **Comunicación efectiva**: Gestiona la comunicación interna con su equipo y áreas funcionales, así como externa con profesionales de la salud, para fortalecer el posicionamiento de Reckitt.- **Ejecución de estrategias**: Convierte las estrategias de marketing en planes accionables para su equipo, alineados con las prioridades y objetivos de la empresa.- **Desarrollo del equipo**: Proporciona retroalimentación y coaching, promoviendo una cultura de alto rendimiento y preparando al equipo para roles de mayor responsabilidad.- **Planeación estratégica**: Utiliza sistemas de profiling y targeting para planear el trabajo y generar demanda, basándose en el potencial de los médicos.- **Gestión de recursos y análisis**: Administra eficazmente los recursos y analiza auditorías e información relevante para tomar decisiones acertadas, aprovechando el entorno omnicanal y la tecnología.**The experience we're looking for**:- Conocimiento profundo de fórmulas infantiles y nutrición- Deseado- Conocimiento mercado e industria productos nutricionales pediátricos - Requerido- Negociación, ventas, manejo de territorio y elaboración de planes de negocio- Manejo e interpretación de las auditorías de la industria farmacéuticas (DDD, ATV, Close Up)**The skills for success**:- Negociación- Técnicas de ventas- Administración de recursos- Paquetería office**What we offer**:With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
