**Job Title**: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - B2B Services**Location**: Mérida, Yucatán, México**Work Arrangement**: On-siteWe are hiring a **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to generate and qualify sales opportunities for our **B2B nearshoring services.** This role is well suited for an SDR with experience in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and managing early-stage sales conversations in a services-driven environment.**Responsibilities**- **Research and identify** B2B companies aligned with our ideal customer profile- **Build and maintain** targeted prospect lists by industry, company size, and role- **Qualify** inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery conversations- **Identify**business needs, pain points, budget, and timing to assess fit for nearshoring services- **Maintain** accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and insights in the CRM**Qualifications**- Fluent English (spoken and written)- 1-3 years of experience in sales development and B2B services sales (preferred)- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business stakeholders- Comfortable managing outreach, follow-ups, and rejection- Organized, proactive, and able to manage your own pipeline- Availability to work on-site (this is not a remote role)**What We Offer**- Starting monthly salary of **$15,000 MXN gross** (before taxes)- Commission structure- Schedule**:7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday** (free afternoons)- All benefits by law (IMSS, Infonavit, Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo), Vacation Bonus, etc.)We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to our teamPay: From $15,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience in sales development or B2B services sales?- On a scale of 1 to 100, how would you rate your English proficiency?Work Location: In person
