Objetivo del Puesto: Brindar atención y seguimiento profesional a pacientes interesados en servicios dentales, actuando como el enlace entre los pacientes y las clínicas. Coordinar citas, resolver dudas, ofrecer información precisa sobre tratamientos y garantizar una experiencia satisfactoria para el paciente. Responsabilidades Principales: • Atender llamadas entrantes y salientes de pacientes potenciales y existentes. • Proporcionar información clara sobre tratamientos, costos, tiempos y procesos. • Coordinar y agendar citas con las clínicas dentales afiliadas. • Hacer seguimiento post-cita para confirmar satisfacción del paciente o reagendar si es necesario. • Mantener actualizada la base de datos de pacientes en el sistema. • Resolver dudas con actitud profesional y empática. • Colaborar con el equipo clínico para garantizar la disponibilidad y puntualidad de los servicios. • Cumplir con los indicadores de desempeño y calidad establecidos por el área. • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos o fines de semana (según necesidad del área). Habilidades: • Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito). • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita en ambos idiomas. • Actitud de servicio y empatía con el cliente. • Organización y seguimiento de citas o tareas múltiples. • Trabajo en equipo. • Dominio de herramientas informáticas: correo electrónico, hojas de cálculo, CRM, chats, etc. • Trabajo presencial en zona centro de Tijuana.
