Run what runs the world.Ce poste est placé sous l'autorité de:Responsable de l'ingénierie de production**Your role and responsibilitie**s**In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead maintenance processes to ensure the efficiency and reliability of equipment, production lines, and facilities—optimizing both technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee the execution of routine and non-routine maintenance activities and ensure technical documentation is kept up to date.The work model for the role is: OnsiteGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the Electrification Energy Distribution Business Line in Nogales.**Key Responsibilities**:- Define maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities and provide recommendations to improve equipment and facility reliability, maintainability, and safety.- Troubleshoot major technical issues to enhance the performance of production lines.- Propose improvement projects to reduce maintenance needs and optimize operational and energy efficiency.- Respond to emergencies, breakdowns, and malfunctions to minimize production disruptions.**Qualifications**:- 2+ years of experience in maintenance.- Knowledge of project coordination or management.- Intermediate English proficiency.- Schedule flexibility.- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations is a plus.- Bachelor’s degree completed.**We also offer our employees the following benefits**:- Paid parental leave- Life insurance- Retirement plan- Health and dental insurance- Wellbeing program- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Access to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)
