About The Role We are looking for an Account Director who will play a critical role in delivering and overseeing the full spectrum of Improvado’s Product & Services offerings. This is a hands-on leadership position — not just facilitation — requiring someone who can independently execute complex projects while bringing deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: solution design and architecture, data modeling, marketing, or BI/data visualization. Success in this role is defined by seamless execution of our projects, the ability to influence outcomes through subject-matter expertise, and consistently driving value for our clients. Responsibilities Able to work with clients to utilize marketing analytics and AI tools to analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize strategies Prioritize customer success with a strong commitment to high-quality support and delivery Independently create detailed project and resource plans while collaborating closely with clients and internal Professional Services practice leads Lead strategic client meetings and consultations, providing guidance and expertise Manage client relationships end-to-end, maintaining accountability throughout the entire client lifecycle.
