Headline- Finance Business Partner provides financial insights to support strategic decision-making, performance management and business cases to the regional management. Engages across departments to execute financial planning, analyse performance against budget, and foster collaboration to align financial goals with business objectives. Act as a liaison between the finance function and other departments, building relationships and providing financial expertise to help drive business performance.- Your responsibilities- Act as the go-to person for all financial matters for the regional field services team, build trust and strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating alignment of financial objectives across leadership teams.- Business control- Support and challenge commercial and operational decisions to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and profitable growth targets.- Monitor individual field service projects to ensure timely billings and accurate financial reporting- Monitor and analyse key business drivers (e.g., volumes, pricing, mix, operational KPIs), advising stakeholders on actions to optimise performance.- Partner with sales teams to identify and address underperforming areas, ensuring accountability for agreed actions.- Performance Management- Drive data accuracy, simplification of reports, and overall smart approach regarding performance management- Prepare, facilitate, and participate in monthly business performance reviews, translating financial results into actionable business insights.- Focus on forward-looking, gap-closing advice on rest-of-year estimates, factoring in YTD financials, run rates, and commercial pipeline.- Forecasting- Drive rolling forecast and budget process in alignment with Mining FP&A- Gather and validate forecast and budget inputs from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Mining FP&A assumptions.- Own the forecast accuracy for the region's field services, actively monitoring deviations and advising on corrective actions.- Submit regional field services forecasts and budgets to Mining FP&A, supporting strategic planning, scenario planning, and long-term planning processes.- Ad-hoc business cases- Support leadership with financial modelling and analysis for investments, commercial opportunities, and restructuring initiatives.- Prepare ad-hoc scenario analyses and sensitivities to assess business case impacts under varying market and operational assumptions.- What you bring- Open-minded, proactive, and eager to improve existing structures.- Agile and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.- Structured and focused, with a high attention to detail.- Energetic and positive mindset.- Proficient in navigating local ERP systems.- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Job Families for Job Profiles- Finance Business Partnering
