Reporting to Snr Finance Director Global IR & Applied EMEAI, **Finance Manager IR Americas** will support IR Americas Controller across all IR America Plants. Linking Plant Operations, Finance, Controllership and BU Leadership by collecting and modelling information that will serve for developing, maintaining and implementing strong finance process improvement across IR America’s to drive business performance, financial transparency and aid swift business decision making.This position will be key support for driving forecasting accuracy and reporting of Plant operational performance and metrics to support daily plant operations.**Primary Responsibilities**:**Supporting the Snr Finance Director - Global IR & Applied EMEAI / IR Americas Controller;**- Secure required completeness, granularity, and reasonability of revenue, cost and profitability at unit and dollar level to improve outlook accuracy, identifying performance risks & opportunities for improvement that can be translated into positive business performance actions- Support BU leadership with finance modelling process analyzing information from sales, operations and local finance teams to aid business decisions.- Support IR Americas Fiscal Plan attainment by creating/maintain financial models that track monthly actual spend with forward projections- Own the reconciliation of the Act/OTL/Plan as part of the GMAR process and other necessary variance analysis- Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to revenue, conversion cost at the Plant level to aid swift proactive decision making- Implement reporting improvements to proactively identify performance indicators and provide business insights into key levers of improvement.- Monthly Operations pack preparation- OS Loads and review- Supporting Plant Controllers, Controllership & wider finance community conclude month-end activities as required- Ad-Hoc reporting**Qualifications**- BS Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.- 7 years of relevant experience in Finance and accounting, including experience working with international teams- Outstanding ability to communicate, motivate and partner with business operation leaders- Unmatched integrity and transparencyAbility to work cross functionally and drive results in a highly matrixed global organization- Preferred software skills: OneStream, MS Office, Power Bi- Fluent in English
