Legal developments actually excite you and you strive to always be on top of the latest decisions and newly promulgated laws.You see your job as a legal assistant as a mission to ensure that your client is at the center of the experience. It's not only about winning cases, it's about the holistic client experience, from onboarding, representation, and offboarding.You frown when documents are poorly formatted, punctuation is off and there's one typo too many. The peculiarities of the English language fascinate you, you get excited when you learn a new word, and when you can use it in your latest brief. Words are your craft, and you relentlessly work to get better at it.You like orderly and predictable processes that are teachable and lead to exponential growth. You enjoy sharing your knowledge with people around you and thrive on building up other people.When it looks like there's a dead-end, you don't turn off your car and give up. Instead, you start digging a hole seeing where it'll lead you. You look for solutions, not excuses. you may not know everything, but if there's an answer to the question you are researching, you will find it.
