Our global team is made of dreamers, doers and innovators who are Delivering POWER for a safer, brighter and more sustainable tomorrow.**Job Posting Title**Quality Assurance Skill**Job Description Summary**Soportar las actividades de calidad en el proceso de embarques de part de servicio, inspección y soporte a actividades de metrología y gagesConocer, interpretar y aplicar los documentos que conforman el Sistema de Calidad.Administrar, elaborar y cumplir con los procedimientos aplicables al área de metrología y calidad y partes de servicioSoportar en la administración del sistema de calidad, auditorias de calidad de proceso y productoDesarrollo de programas y métodos de medición acorde a necesidades de diseño y/o proceso en los equipos de medición de laboratorio de metrologia como: CMMGenerar y validar las instrucciones de uso y manejo de los equipos de medición del laboratorio de metrologia y brindar soporte técnico y de capacitación a los usuariosAsegurar la administración de todos los equipos de medición usados en GDC, incluyendo los existentes en el laboratorio de metrologia, gages in process y hand gages mediante el sistema APEXAsegurar la calibración y servicio de mantenimiento de los equipos de medición de GDC tanto del laboratorio de metrología como los usados en los procesos de manufacturaValidar y desarrollar las hojas de inspección necesarias para la liberación de partes de servicio**Required Skills and Education**Conocimientos en Metrología Dimensional y GeometricaConocimientos en Core ToolsTolerancias geométricas e interpretación de diseñosConocimientos en estadística básica, cálculos de incertidumbres y calibración de equipos de medición.Programación, manejo y uso de máquinas de laboratorio de metrología ,CMMConocimiento en electrónica, neumática, sistemas de control, programacion y validación de PLCConocimiento en sistemas de calidad IATF & Q4**About AAM**:**Why Join #TeamAAM**:As a member of #TeamAAM, you’ll get to make a difference on day one.
