Senior Search Engine Marketing and Optimization

**_(This role is fully remote, but the individual must be based in Mexico)_**:**The Role**:As the leader for Kasa's Search Engine Marketing and Optimization, you'll play a vital role in driving traffic and generating revenue for Kasa and our property partners on our portfolio of more than 80 hotels and apart-hotel style properties. You'll work cross-functionally with Distribution and Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales as well as the Portfolio Operations Teams to set our portfolio of properties up for success. This role is fully remote.**Key Responsibilities**:- **SEO & SEM Strategy**: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic to our website and digital platforms.- **PPC Strategy**: Create and manage comprehensive pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.- **Bid Management**: Monitor and adjust bids to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value terms for both PPC and SEO efforts, ensuring optimal ad targeting and content alignment.- **Ad Copy Creation**: Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with target audiences and encourage high click-through rates.- **Landing Page Optimization**: Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata to improve search engine rankings.
