Our expansion phase presents an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals to join our journey.Explore our products**Our Different Approach to Hiring**The entire process, from receiving a resume to making a hiring decision, is completed within 3-4 days.**Position**Since our recruitment process is simple, yet very effective - this position won't involve hours of recruiting, analyzing, or headhunting since our applicants are all inbound.Your daily responsibilities will include:- Coordinating digital offer letters with applicants- Issuing Test-Day credentials and ensuring a smooth start to the Test-Day**Requirements**:**Requirements**:- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English and Spanish- Hard-working with a positive outlook and energy- A quiet home office setup with a reliable computer and internet connection- Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining attention to detail.- Comfortable using CRM systems, video conferencing tools like Zoom, and other HR software**Benefits****Benefits**- Base salary of $1200 - $1,500 USD- Work from wherever you want, 100% remote- 20 Paid Vacation Days- A workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, no weekend work.- Stable and long-term employment opportunity
