**BAT DBS MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A PLANNING ANALYST****SENIORITY LEVEL**:G33 Analyst**FUNCTION**: DBS Mexico, SP&I**LOCATION**:Monterrey, México**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES****What you will be accountable for**- Develop, implement & regularly maintain the financial analysis models pertaining to Marketing Investment, Promotional spend for both traditional & new categories- Monthly upload of forecasted volumes on the financial system- Reconciliations of volume differences or changes MoM and walk through to senior partners- Support the marketing planning team on different tasks related to volume reporting for all categories on portfolio- Extract relevant information from systems such as MicroStrategy/dashboards & update the team on commercial critical metrics, performance, state level views etc- Be the face of financial reporting towards the US and Costa Rica Finance Teams- Perform ad-hoc query related to strategic exercises such as financial scenarios, current plus five scenarios- Follow the monthly SOP cycle submissions to US and Global**Can this be your future role?**- Have you ever worked on market research from a financial point of view?- Have you worked with data and applied a business intelligence tool (front or back end)?**Required Education & Experience**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.- 3 years of proven experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area.**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**- The jobholder should be- A strong communicator- Able to handle large amounts of data- Build partnership with partners- Agile when dealing with ambiguity- Handles pressure well- Has credibility within domain- Hands-on experience in finance models and reporting tools- A graduate in Engineering / Statistics / Economics / Maths / MBA ongoing would be an added advantage- Good commercial awareness and strong understanding of domain along with BAT strategy and business model- Excellent management, mentor and motivational skills are crucial due to the number of staff within the departments.- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with senior and other levels of staff in all departments and companies both within the Group and externally.- Good understanding of End to End Supply Chain Management- Highly disciplined in data and documentation management- Highly skilled in Excel**Required Skills/Traits**:- Ability to perform under pressure- Appreciation of the value of detail and accuracy- High sense of urgency, work ethic, and flexibility- Commercial competence- Ability to navigate through ambiguity- Ability to work under mínimal direct supervision; must be a self-starter- Capacity for innovation- Strong problem-solving skills
