Job Summary:The Marketing -DT User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Specialist is responsible for conducting the user acceptance testing (UAT) and post production validation (PPV) of development projects to maintain accuracy and functionality of system’s and processes. This role performs UAT and PPV testing and validation to determine pass/fail results for each test step for small, medium and large business projects.Key Responsibilities:- Conducts UAT testing and regression testing- Facilitates UAT test script review meetings- Creates, executes and updates test scripts, test results- Identifies defects within the software and works with IT to resolve and retest defects- Facilitates UAT with the customer and obtains stakeholder approvalsSupervisory Responsibilities:This job does not have supervisory dutiesPreferred Qualifications:Education and Experience- High School diploma- 5 or more years of related experienceCertificates, Licenses, Registrations- NoneFunctional Skills- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel- Ability to think criticallyLI-FB1Integon, a Great Place to Work, provides innovative technology and customer support services to major personal lines insurance providers, including Fortune 100 companies rated A+ (Superior), by A.M.
