Our representatives will be responsible for attending a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls from customers interested in our insurance services. Our representatives will verify if prospective customers are qualified for a better quote on their Medicare, Home or Car Insurance and if applicable, calls will be transferred to a licensed broker to follow through with their purchase. You will be expected to have the ability to thrive in a high volume, fast paced environment as well as meet KPI goals.**Responsibilities**:Follow with customers to Identify if they qualify and perform a warm transfer to a licensed broker.Comply with operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as transfer %, and Average Handle timeAccurately document the prospects infromation within the CRM system to provide detailed information for the broker**What you will need**:Experience in high volume inbound/outbound call center environmentExperience in soft sales, customer service & transfers is a plusStrong verbal communication and computer system navigation skillsPredominantly English calls, small mix of Spanish.DependabilityAble to work under pressure**Salary**: $2250 MXN Net weekly income + Commission ($108 MXN Net per sale)**Benefits**: IMSS, Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo), Vacations and 25% vacation premium**Régimen de trabajo**:Contrato a término indefinido**Salario**:Negociable**Jornada e Horario(s)**:Lun - Vie07:00 - 17:00**Hard skills**:**Typing Nível**: Intermediário,**Verbal Communication Nível**: Intermediário,**PC navigation Nível**: Intermediário,**Attention to detail Nível**: Intermediário,**Problem resolution Nível**: Intermediário**Beneficios**:Otros
