Descripción Oversee accounting and internal control activities within assigned LATAM countries, ensuring efficient, standardized, and compliant financial processes. Coordinate with regional finance functions to ensure alignment and operational excellence (knowledge of tax, accounts receivable, and accounts payable). Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, corporate policies, and local regulations across all supported entities. Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, analyze performance, and implement corrective measures when necessary. Develop and mentor accounting teams, fostering growth, engagement, and succession readiness. Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support regional and corporate decision-making. Perfil buscado Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory). Proven leadership experience in global companies as Accounting Manager or Controller (without FP&A scope) for LATAM countries for more than 4 years (Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Chile) - non-negotiable. Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax processes in LATAM (not direct responsibilities, but a strong understanding is required). Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading accounting teams. Advanced English, both spoken and written (non-negotiable). Advanced Portuguese (preferred, a plus).
