We realized a new perimeter was needed, one that is built in the cloud and follows and protects data wherever it goes, so we started Netskope to redefine Cloud, Network and Data Security.**About the Position**:**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for coordinating and review of compliance reporting and statutory audits- Own monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close processes for the Latin America region (LATAM) for 3 legal entities- Review/Create journal entries, general ledger accounts and account reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP- Work closely with tax professionals on e-invoicing, transfer pricing, tax returns and other tax compliance items- Work closely with entity contacts on local bookkeeping requirements/local GAAP- Work closely with internal and external auditors- Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and best practices- Assist with other accounting duties and ad-hoc requests- Review and manage day-to-day international accounting providers and monthly reporting packages- Proactively identify issues and assist in optimizing systems, upgrades, and automation of accounting processes- Document and monitor internal controls as part of operational accounting work**Requirements**:- 3-5 years US/MX corporate accounting experience, Colombia and Costa Rica a plus.- CPA and experience in public accounting are a plus.- Strong experience and knowledge in U.S. GAAP and internal controls.- Bilingual Spanish/English.- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment with diverse personalities and with employees at all levels of the organization.- Exhibit an enthusiastic, can-do spirit and approach your work with curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ever-changing work environment.- High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills.- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Detail-oriented and able to effectively organize and manage multiple responsibilities.- High level of honesty, integrity, commitment, and responsibility to day to day work.- Superior written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.- Quick learner, ability to identify issues and resolve problems.- Experience with NetSuite preferred.- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills**Education**:- BA/BS or equivalent in accounting or related field.LI-AF1Netskope is committed to implementing equal employment opportunities for all employees and applicants for employment.
