If you think the open position you see is right for you, we encourage you to applyOur people make all the difference in our success.- The Talent, Learning and Diversity Data Analyst will be working in Talent, Learning, and Diversity Center of Excellence (COE) for Latin America as part of the Strategic Initiatives and Analytics team, supporting the different TL&D pillars and initiatives in talent development, performance, functional learning, leadership development, and diversity. This position partners closely with other members of the TL&D core team and talent advisors to the different businesses and functions in the regionThe Talent, Learning and Diversity Data Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.**Responsibilities**:- Support the development and implementation of consistent methods and metrics to measure the effectiveness of TL&D solutions and proactively execute improvements as needed- Deliver advanced analysis of the different TL&D processes' impact and outcomes- Develop measurement and tracking tools for the different TL&D initiatives such as dashboards and detailed reports, facilitating data-based decisions- Contributes to the implementation and measurement of key strategies (Talent & Diversity and Inclusion) and processes relating to a diverse bench of future leaders including the talent process, performance management, Multiperspective Feedback, Assessments, coaching, etc.)- Implement tools to support advisory on key processes related to talent review/succession planning, diversity pipelines, talent development, succession, performance management etc.- Partners closely with HRAs, HRPS, HRSS, HRCA on processes and reporting- Analyzes and provides insights into efficient and impactful processes.- Support talent and diversity pipelines measurement and development- Gains organizational knowledge and skills to deliver quality Diversity and Inclusion solutions.- Creates measurement strategy for client solutions to include the overall assessment approach.- Designs and develops of data collection tools and methods to measure the impact of initiatives.**Qualifications**:- 2-5 years experience.- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.- Advanced MS Excel and VBA knowledge.- Self-motivated and detail oriented.- Bilingual (English and Spanish).- Data Analysis experience, HR related preferred.**Education**:- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience- **Job Family Group**:Human Resources- **Job Family**:Talent, Development, Learning & Diversity- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
