Customer Quality Engineer

As an Automotive Customer Quality Engineer you will, responsible and accountable for customer quality issues. You will be the link between Technical Lab, Sales & Manufacturing Operations; be a leader in Root Cause Analysis, ensuring response.You will report to Coordinador de CQE.**Key Responsibilities**- You will lead satisfactory resolution of Customer line issues ensuring all such items are correctly.- Expert in problem solving and assists work teams in different areas being facilitator for external and internal non conformities, ensuring identification of cause and implementation of permanent corrective actions.- Establish working relationships with customers and provide accurate, appropriate solution to customer problems or requests.- You will work with the Account Manager to ensure Customer Specific Requirements are understood and deployed within the organization by conducting regular internal auditing.- You will improve the Quality of the whole company, production process and risk management.
