Incumbent has direct supervisory responsibility of three to five employees: 3 to 5 visa clerks (FSN-6), for whom the incumbent writes evaluation reports, and coordinates on a rotational basis with 20+ contractors at any given time. Trains team members in all job elements. Provides advice and guidance to consular officers on cases deserving special attention given their complexity or unusual nature. (continued) Directs the work of team members responsible for a variety of administrative duties including preparing and keeping track of TDY assignments, training courses, incoming correspondence, and equipment maintenance work orders.**Qualifications and Evaluations**:- Requirements:Six months of supervisory experience is required.- Education Requirements:Completion of Secondary School or Local Mandatory Schooling and received high school diploma- Evaluations:LANGUAGE:English - Good working knowledge is required.
