En **GRUPO INSERMEX** estamos buscando un Project Manager altamente **motivado**y organizado para liderar proyectos complejos y asegurar su entrega a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con la calidad esperada.**Responsabilidades**:- Planificar, coordinar y ejecutar proyectos desde la concepción hasta la entrega- Definir objetivos, alcance y entregables del proyecto- Desarrollar y gestionar planes de proyecto, incluyendo cronogramas y presupuestos- Liderar y motivar a equipos de proyecto para asegurar la entrega de resultados- Identificar y mitigar riesgos y problemas que puedan afectar el proyecto- Asegurar que los proyectos se entreguen dentro del plazo y presupuesto establecidos- Realizar seguimiento y control del proyecto para asegurarse de que se estén cumpliendo los objetivos**Requisitos**:- Experiência previa como Project Manager en industria automotriz- Experiência mínima de 5 años en instalaciones y mantenimiento electromecánico.- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de problemas- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos ajustados- Conocimiento de herramientas y metodologías de gestión de proyectos- Conocimiento en interpretación de planos**Habilidades deseables**:- Liderazgo y motivación de equipos- Comunicación efectiva- Resolución de problemas y análisis- Planificación y organización- Gestión de riesgos y problemasTipo de puesto: Por obra o tiempo determinadoDuración del contrato: 3 mesesSueldo: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 a la semanaBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Uniformes gratuitosTipo de jornada:- Horas extra- Incluye días feriados- Incluye fines de semana- Rotativo- Todos los fines de semana- Turno de 10 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha límite para postularse: 30/05/2025Fecha de inicio prevista: 03/06/2025
