**YOUR IMPACT**:- Analyze vehicle warranty repair data and create summary report to identify top Powertrain Controls and Calibration warranty contributors.- Analyze and create summary reports using quality data from customer indicators (Global Quality Research System, Quality Net Promotor Score, JD Power).- Lead or support functional quality reviews, quality investigations, warranty spend, and problem-solving meetings.- Drive quick containment of emerging issues for in-plant and warranty concerns.- Manage Warranty Spend Status to Target and forecasting.- Manage top priority Powertrain Controls and Calibration Warranty Spend issues and resolution.- Support Engineering in developing Special Service Message/ Technical Service Bulletin/ Quick Service Fix/ Emerging issue process to resolve warranty issues as required.- Support Engineering in developing/ updating dealer workshop manuals to resolve warranty issues as required.- Develop and coordinate lower cost per repair warranty solutions.- Support prevent reoccurrence initiatives by documenting improvements and capture the lessons learned to improve product performance and quality.**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, or related engineering3+ years experienceGood working knowledge of vehicle powertrain functionsExperience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Minitab- Preferred Qualifications: _- Experience with Ford Quality System (Global System for Analytics and Reporting - AWS, Global Quality Research System, Failure Mode Discovery, BSAQ - Current Model Quality Tracking, Early Claims Binning, QNPS, JD Power).- Strong ability to analyze and synthesize: Able to compile data into a useable form, recognize patterns in data, information, or events, draw logical conclusions, and make recommendations for action.- Strong communication, presentation, project management and organizational skills.- Highly motivated, self-starter, ability to work independently and recognize priority.**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**:**DISCLAIMER**:Ford Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, as we are committed with a diverse workforce, and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran and basis of disability.
