Cost Accountant

**Responsibilities**:- Implementation and determination of standard cost with the investigation of variances with actual cost.- Estimate product cost for existing and new products.- Help management make decisions based on costs and benefits.- Monitor changes in process or methods to calculate effects on overall costs.- Forecast and analyze cost of processes, labor, indirect labor, overhead and inventory.- Conduct audits on financial processes and transaction for cost.- Cycle Count Audit Support**Required Education and Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, accounting or similar field; or equivalent experience- Proven experience as a cost accountant or similar role for at least 2 years.- Knowledge of accounting process and financial analyst.- Knowledge how to take cycle time.- Manufacturing experience, ERP (BPCS is a plus)- Good communication skills.- Fluent in English (conversational and written)- Desire to be degree in Finance, accounting or similar field.**What we offer**:- Competitive compensation- Bonus incentive- 12 Vacation days in the first year, increasing by 2 each year of service- Vacation Premium - 25% (Paid once employee reaches one year of employment (# of vacation day *25%)- Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo) - 20 Days- Family medical insurance - Life Insurance- Savings Fund- Grocery bonus- Employee TransportationOur international network extends to 29 countries and includes 14 principal manufacturing facilities, 34 distribution centers, and 40 sales and service locations.At the center of everything is our purpose, to responsibly provide the products and services our customers need to succeed.
