**Plant Cost Accountant****Objective**:The Plant Cost Accountant is responsible for ensuring effective financial planning and monitoring of expenses within the manufacturing plant.**Essential Functions**:- Collect and maintain comprehensive cost information within an expense database.- Analyze and determine fixed costs.- Prepare budgeting reports for the company and each department to facilitate financial planning.- Develop and present monthly, quarterly, and annual cost forecasts.- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Previous experience in a multicultural work environment is desirable.- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).- **Experience**: Continuous improvement in accounting practices and methodologies.- **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**: Familiarity with Oracle ERP and SAP, advanced Excel skills, Plant operations cost management.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $55,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuenta con titulo y/o cedula profesional?- ¿Cuenta con visa y pasaporte vigente?Idioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
