AI Solutions Architect / GenAI Thought Leader We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect with a strong focus on Applied Generative AI and Agentic Systems , capable of clearly articulating and implementing modern AI patterns that bridge traditional software development and real business use cases. This role goes beyond hands‑on development: we are looking for a technical leader who thinks deeply about AI architecture decisions, trade‑offs, and long‑term impact. The ideal candidate is actively engaged with the engineering community, demonstrates thought leadership through content creation (blogs, talks, YouTube, LinkedIn, or similar), and has practical, real‑world experience implementing GenAI solutions in production environments. This position requires relocation to Guatemala (relocation support provided) and close collaboration with executive, product, and engineering leadership. Key Responsibilities Design and explain end‑to‑end AI solution architectures using Generative AI and Agentic AI approaches. Define and articulate proper AI implementation patterns , including tool selection, architecture trade‑offs, and system boundaries. Lead and advise on LLM‑based workflows , including prompt design, token optimization, orchestration, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG). Design human‑in‑the‑loop workflows , feedback loops, and evaluation strategies for AI systems. Translate complex AI concepts into clear, practical guidance for engineers and business stakeholders. Act as a technical thought partner on how AI impacts traditional software development and business processes. Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and early‑stage solution design. Represent strong AI engineering practices internally and externally when needed. Required Qualifications Strong background in Generative AI and Agentic AI systems with applied, hands‑on experience. Demonstrated ability to explain AI architectures clearly (patterns, trade‑offs, limitations). Experience working with LLMs , orchestration frameworks, and modern AI tooling. Solid understanding of AI system design considerations such as token usage, latency, cost, observability, and reliability. Experience designing human‑in‑the‑loop and feedback‑driven AI systems . Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences. Evidence of thought leadership (technical writing, talks, videos, community involvement, etc.). Willingness to relocate to Guatemala (relocation package provided). Advanced English proficiency. Nice to Have Experience creating technical content (blogs, YouTube, LinkedIn, workshops). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Experience advising or mentoring other engineers on AI architecture decisions.
