The Test Technician performs product reviews and analysis according to the internal laboratory procedures to respond to internal and external customers, identifying the performance of tests and taking actions.General Responsibilities- Provides accurate root cause analysis of sensors using electrical and physical fault techniques- Compiles and maintains test documentation including test plans, procedures, results and reports- Particiaptes with multifunctional teams (Manufacturing, quality, design etc) to solve problems arising from customer returns- Meets failure analysis cycle time requirementsExperience / Qualifications- Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)SmarterTogether- Collaborating at Sensata means working with some of the world’s most talented people in an enriching environment that is constantly pushing towards the next best thing- Employees work across functions, countries and cultures gaining new perspectives through mutual respect and open communication- As OneSensata, we are working together to make things work togetherClick here to viewSensata Recruitment Privacy StatementClick here to view ourSensata Recruitment Privacy Statement for China
