Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryJob summary:- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Test Technician_ located in _Aguascalientes_- Test Support for FCT (Functional Circuit Test) equipment, yield monitoring, repair and maintenance of fixtures, attention to line stoppages and restoration of downed equipment as well as feedback on failure rates to require actions in the process areas involved._What a typical day looks like:- _ Must possess an understanding of fundamental electrical and mechanical PCBA testing procedures._- _ Working knowledge of power systems, power circuit breakers, and circuits._- _ Must be able to correctly use tools and testing equipment including Meggers, digital multimeters, Hi-Pot testers, ohmmeters, primary & secondary injection sets, etc._- _ Working knowledge of computers, software systems, and data collection._- _ Must be able to work under pressure and on a dynamic schedule._- _ Evaluates and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for monitoring and management purposes._- _ Resolve test yield problems by performing evaluation of root causes, developing, and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements._- _ Trains and instructs floor support, test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques._- _ Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production._- _ May develop or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software._- _ Create and maintain process documentation._- _ Actively search for innovative technologies or procedures in the PCBA test sector._- _ Defines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Schematic and Datasheet understanding_- _ Handling and use of electronic measurement instrumentation_- _ Analog and digital Electronical knowledge_- _ Communication protocols_- _ Teleconunications knowledge_- _ Feedback to the manufacturing personel_- _ Diagnostic of Functional test equipments_- _ Log file Reading and understanding_- _ Knowledge of ICT equipments_What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
