Join us and unleash your potentialThe Commercial Director will manage the product sales cycle, from the very beginning to final sale. The occupant is expected to be the key point of contact for customers and global teams regarding business strategy, clinical information, training, events, scientific projects and sales. Ensure the execution of business strategy in Mexico. The position is based in Mexico City. Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks Drive Strategic Growth: Create and execute business plans aligned with company goals, financial targets, and market expansion strategies. Lead Market Engagement : Build relationships with the radiology community and key stakeholders to uncover opportunities and promote Bracco’s value proposition. Oversee Commercial Operations : Manage proposals, negotiations, pricing processes, and post-sales activities to maximize value. Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to develop campaigns, control budgets, and deliver business plans. Guide Performance Excellence : Define goals with internal teams and distributors, monitor results, and deliver performance reports. Champion Brand & Integrity : Represent the company in key forums while ensuring all actions align with Bracco’s Code of Conduct. Supervisory Responsibilities : manage approx. 15-20 people Education BA/BS Degree in a relative field required, MBA preferred Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills 15+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or sales, with 8 years in leadership managing commercial team Preferred experience: public/private sectors, pharmaceutical healthcare industry or medical devices (diagnostics industry is preferred) Expertise: sales management, and financial & planning management Skills: cross-functional teamwork, strategic planning, adaptability, critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving.
