Together, we’ll continue to create and deliver content that reflects the current and ever-changing face of the world.**Job Description** Cross Platform Content QA/QC Coordinator**As the Cross Platform Content QA/QC Coordinator you will be responsible for content validation efforts, checking availability and playability for published video records across a variety of device platforms and services. This dedication to precise program presentation will help ensure our success within the competitive, rapidly evolving digital marketplace.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Collaborates with Programming, Marketing, and Operations teams throughout content operations workflow to ensure content strategy is reflected across Universal+ suite of apps and third-party Platforms, aligning primarily with the Non-Linear Content Specialist and the Multi Platform Coordinator- Lead validation and content presence checks across a multitude of device platforms, including: mobile tablets (Android, iPad), mobile devices (iOS, Android), streaming devices (Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV), Smart TVs (Samsung, LG), cable provider STBs (DTV, VTR, etc)- Works closely with the Multi Platform coordinator to validate A/B testing of pages, rails, copy, artwork, etc., partnering with Product, Marketing, and Research & Insights teams as needed to optimize sections- Performs QA/ QC of screens and playlists to flag inconsistencies and bugs, advocating for metadata and imagery optimizations wherever possible- Responsible for both quality control and assurance efforts, prioritize and address high-profile, high-volume requests and complete preliminary checks under tight deadlines- Maintain quality assurance guidelines and control protocols; working with technology, product, and customer service teams to analyze, regulate, and continuously improve the on-platform user experience- Prioritize QA fulfilment tracking through our database- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to streamline quality control communication channels, workflows and issue management**Qualifications** REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**- 2+ years’ experience Media, Entertainment or Advertising industries- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Digital Media, or related field- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines- Fluent in Spanish and English- Experience working with a CMS (previous experience with Toolbox is a plus)- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)- Adobe Photoshop knowledge/ experience preferred Strategic knowledge and familiarity with streaming media platforms and services**DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS**- Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player- Strong presentation and communication skills- Demonstrable passion and knowledge for Film & TV- Previous experience working in Latin America Media, Entertainment, or OTT/ streaming industry with a working knowledge of markets, best practices, rules & regulations- Proactive problem solver with the ability to prioritize and concurrently handle multiple, time sensitive requests within a high-pressure environment**Additional Information**NBCUniversal's policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, gender identity or expression, age, national origin or ancestry, citizenship, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, veteran status, membership in the uniformed services, genetic
