We are looking for a highly organized, collaborative self-starter with a passion for learning the pipeline of content. This person excels at communicating with diverse stakeholders and has demonstrated curiosity for media workflows.**About the role**The Content Operations Coordinator will work within the Programing Operations department as well as communicate and collaborate across acquisitions, business, and marketing teams. They will be responsible for internal communications and will collaborate with System Operations in monitoring bugs. This role requires someone organized and detail-oriented and be responsible for reporting out partner issues and concerns. They must be capable of sorting through many competing priorities, developing strong cross-functional relationships, and succeeding in a complex and fast-paced environment. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the Roku content offerings meet our content partners’ goals. They will monitor workflow systems to ingest, transform, and publish packages of video content to the Roku platform.**What you will be doing**- Collaborate with internal teams and content partners to organize schedules for upcoming SVOD releases, ensuring timely and efficient execution.- Take ownership of Subscription MX launches, delivering exceptional experiences to customers and maintaining the highest quality standards.- Coordinate and delegate tasks among production teams, service partners, and support engineers.- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve high-severity support issues.- Provide detailed reports to the Content Operations leadership team, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.- Contribute to the development and testing of operational tools aimed at improving efficiency through automation, streamlining event workflows.- Oversee customer notifications and workflow coordination, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and maintaining customer satisfaction.**We're excited if you have**- 1 to 2 yrs. experience in Content Operations, ideally in a video delivery environment.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common workflow exceptions.- Knowledge and/or experience handling studio media assets and processes.- Knowledge and/or experience of metadata concepts and formats (XML, JSON).- Strong fundamentals in Video QC standards and practices.- Knowledge of OTT platforms and technology.- Experience with digital content distribution workflows regardless of industry.- Proven track record of solving complex problems, operating independently, demonstrating creativity, and managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.- Team player, ability to engage on all levels of the organization.- Excellent writing, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills- Fluent in English and Spanish**#LI-SS1**:**Benefits**:Roku is committed to offering a diverse range of benefits as part of our compensation package to support our employees and their families.
