Where no two days are the same.**YOUR ROLE**- Responsible for the achievement of quality targets during development steps for one or several vehicles.- Responsible for delivery of APQP-PPAP processes and documentation.- In charge of activities to avoid issue recurrence, control of risks, manage quality convergence paths to reach the expected objectives (APQP-PPAP scope).- Ensures the achievement of project quality targets defined by BCI Department.- Responsible for efficient communication between project teams, engineering teams, manufacturing, and other partners.- Defines actions and deliverables for milestones required at each stage of the development, assesses results, manages KPI’s. Applies escalation processes to manage risks of non-compliance and proposes recovery plans.**YOUR PROFILE**- Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree education. Knowledge of Quality and Lean methodologies and tools.- Knowledge of industrialization and project processes, and related management methods, APQP / PPAP processes.- Self-motivated. Able to meet deadlines with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.- Proficient in Microsoft suit and Google, TeamCenter Cad is a plus. Familiarity with statistical control concepts.- Communication & issue resolution skills. Leadership capacities, result orientated.
