Therefore, we need talented and innovative people who are passionate about what they do.PepsiCo Mexico currently has a broad portfolio of food and beverage products, such as Sabritas, Gamesa, Quaker, Pepsi, Obela and Sonrics, leading brands in the snacks, cereals, soft drinks, isotonic and cookies markets respectively.Now we are looking for this position:**BRAND CONTENT MANAGER (CANADÁ)****Main Purpose****Responsibilities**:- Translate the brand teams and shopper marketing teams brief to the creative / design team.- Lead an in-house creative / design team to deliver multiple creative versioning of assets for our Canada Sector.- Knowledge of POST-PRODUCTION of TV Spots.- Re-usage of different assets from different countries and translate them for the Canada Sector.- Build trust and confidence with the brand and shopper marketing teams to drive efficiencies by bringing new projects to the content in-house team.- You have previous experience on agencies but also on a brand management position - you need to know about how our business works so you can communicate clearly the objectives to your team.- Create visual content customized by social platform following brilliant basics and ensure content meets brand objectives at the right channel and right target.- Demonstrates conflict resolution and problem-solving skills- Works with team to anticipate and address project concerns- Works enthusiastically and cooperatively within creative team and with other departments throughout the organizationQualifications:- Heavy user of Social Media plarforms.- ** Post-production TV Knowledge is required.**:- Demonstrated understanding of relationships between agencies, brands, platforms, and media agencies.- Experience working with designers and agencies.- Solid project management, process, and organizational skills with a heightened attention to detail.- Previous experience managing direct reports.- **Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a **must** **for this role** (FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE COMPULSORY).- Strong track record of demonstrating ability to oversee a range of brands and projects with detail-oriented lens.- Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity. Demonstrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything while leading creative / design teams and managing agency product.- Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.- Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making.- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint and Project Management Tools.- Leadership: Orchestrator, Influencer, non-hierarchical: Strong track record of developing and inspiring teams of marketing / creative professionals.
