The Staff Accountant will play an integral role within the controllership function. The position will be a leader in close process for multiple locations and will be involved with preparation of financial statements.**Education & Experience**- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field preferred- 2+ years accounting experience- Bilingual (english - spanish)- Established analytical skills with ability to communicate findings to team- Experience with General Ledger/fixed asset or ERP Systems such as BPCS**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting- Prepare and analyze financial reports for decision-making- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data- Work independently and collaboratively within a team- **In this role, you will**:_- Assist with the month-end closing process including journal entry preparation for multiple locations- Assist junior level plant accounting personnel with identifying proper general ledger accounts for non-routine transactions- Elimination/reconciliation of intercompany activity and balances- General ledger accounting including month-end reconciliations and account analysis- Track capital spending- Perform ad-hoc analysis- Preparation of cash flows- Assist in coordination of deliverables to external auditors- Work with cross function leaders and provide applicable support when requested- Maintain records in accordance with company policy- Other duties as assigned.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- posicion similar : 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles conversacional (INDISPENSABLE) (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
