**QuickBooks Staff Accountant (Property Management Company)**Bay Management Group currently has an opening in our corporate office for an QuickBooks Staff Accountant. You must be willing to learn more and help the team as needed. Our company is growing rapidly, and the roles responsibilities will evolve over time. If change does not come easy to you, this role will not be a good fit for you.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**- Education: High School Diploma, with college degree preferred- Experience: 2+ years of Accounting experience- Attention to detail- Ability to adapt to change fast- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills- Computer literacy to include spreadsheets, outlook, Adobe, and ability to adapt to new software programs.- AppFolio experience is preferred- QuickBooks experience is REQUIRED**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization- Record and maintain company financial transactions- Performing account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions- Identify opportunities for process improvement and research information to provide accurate and timely solutions- Other duties as assignedPay: $194.76 per hourCOVID-19 considerations:N/AApplication Question(s):- Is your spoken and written English at excellent professional level?- Are you 100% comfortable working remotely?- Is your resume submitted in English?
