Domain Delivery Interest Group Infy Mexico Company Requisition ID BR Job Description In the role of Salesforce Senior Developer , understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases. Leads the Technical design, development, implementation of technology and creative business solutions. Responsible for the analysis, architecture, design, implementation, and support of robust Force.com solutions. Technically owns the solution and process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, and defining support procedures. Plays an important role in creating the high‑level design artifacts. Actively transfers knowledge throughout the organization, participates in knowledge‑sharing projects to develop best practices, leads knowledge‑sharing sessions, and mentors junior staff and new hires. Manages tasks and projects in a fast‑paced support environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution. Locations: Mexico (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey ) Qualifications Basic Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 5‑7+ years related experience in Salesforce Force.com platform/Service Cloud implementations in Lightning. Should be Salesforce Platform Certified – 1/2 Platform Developer certifications Mandatory Skillsets Experience in Salesforce development and implementations, with strong command on Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs and web services. Understanding of best practices on coding standards, deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce integration, and security implementations. Experience writing Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, controllers, and jQuery to implement complex business requirements. Experience developing reusable UI components with Aura and Lightning Component Frameworks. Good understanding of best practices of coding standards. Deep knowledge of the Salesforce Sales Cloud and communities’ solutions. Other Relevant Experience Proficient in English communication. Experience working as part of a Scrum team practicing Agile development methodologies. Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
