Responsibilities Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases. Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of technology and creative business solutions. Analyse, architect, design, implement, and support robust Force.com solutions. Own the solution and process design (scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, and defining support procedures. Create high‑level design artifacts. Transfer knowledge throughout the organization, participate in knowledge‑sharing projects, lead knowledge‑sharing sessions, and mentor junior staff and new hires. Manage tasks and projects in a fast‑paced support environment, driving all issues to resolution with strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution. Locations Mexico – Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 5‑7+ years of experience in Salesforce Force.com platform/Service Cloud implementations in Lightning. Salesforce Platform Certified – 1/2 Platform Developer certifications. Mandatory Skillsets Experience in Salesforce development and implementations; strong command of Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs, and web services. Understanding of best practices on coding standards, deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce integration, and security implementations. Proficient in writing Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, controllers, jQuery to implement complex business requirements. Experience developing reusable UI components with Aura and Lightning component frameworks. Good understanding of coding standards best practices. Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and community solutions. Other Relevant Experience Proficient in English communication. Experience working as part of a Scrum team practicing Agile development methodologies. Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
