Your tasksPlan and define department resourses (personnel, investments, expenditures, etc.). Manage the department resources according to the department needs and the budget plan. Select and developt personnel under his responsibility.Define personnel targets according location strategies for the personnel under his responsibility. Participate as internal auditor in the system audits. As a process owner, is the first interface to the third party auditor (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, customer,etc). Define key process indicators to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the subprocesses or tasks within the process of his/her responsability. Leader to resolve any non conformity/opportunity found in the processes of his/her responsability. Define the methods to assure process effectiveness and efficiency. Monitor the main sources of the automotive industry like: IATF, AIAG, Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) to identify any change and and notify it to the organization. Monitor Project launch performance. Assure that defined launching methods are implemented correctly in Guadalajara (PFMEA, Design for Manufacture, Test Coverage Analysis, Line Release Audits, etc.). Guadalajara interface with Continental NPL team or BU responsible. Training of project team members in NPL and related methods and tools. Support project activities during new product launch. Identify and escalate the detected risky issues in the new projects to the appropriate management level. Coordinate quality group activities during New product launch.**Profile**:- Engineering degree: Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Chemical, Industrial or similar.- 10 years experience in electronics industry or similar including quality related areas and BU (design, manufacturing, quality systems, etc.).- Experience in product introduction- Experience as a process owner in at least one Quality System Process- CONTROL OF THE CURRENT POSITION (EXECUTION AND MASTERY OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION).- ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE- DIGITAL AND ANALOG ELECTRONICS- ESD- CONTINENTAL STANDARDS, PROCESSES AND TOOLS- MSA MCA PPCA PCA QUALITY TOOLS- IATF 16949- ADVANCED ENGLISH CONVERSATIONAL- LEAN MANUFACTURING- NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH- SPECIFIC CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS- PRODUCT SAFETY- CONTINENTAL QUALITY SYSTEMS- TROUBLESHOOTING METHODOLOGY TO GET TO THE ROOT CAUSE OF PROBLEMS.- TSTS OF MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES**Offer**:.At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
