Evaluates the lines of the different Value Stream, in terms of 5S implementation, as well as having the logistics of TIV (Tus Ideas Valen) and what this entails. Provide support in the training of methodologies and tools of continuous improvement to employees of different levels of the plant.- Essential duties and responsibilities- Active participation on Kaizen Events assigned.- Participate on Integer Production System (IPS) deployment.- Plan and execute 5S assessment on production lines.- Execute recognition ceremonies for improvement programs.- Responsible on quantification and follow up for TIV (Tus Ideas Valen) program.- Induction for new hires on the 5S and suggestion ideas programs.Train personnel on 5S, 8 Wastes, Value Added and TIV process.- Environmental working conditions- Organized and systematic.- Oral and write communication.- Interaction with personnel from all site levels.- Service attitude.- Teamwork player.- Qualifications- Intermediate English- 5S methodology knowledge- Time studies and lines balance knowledge- Standard work knowledge- Time managementU.S. Applicants: EOE/AA Disability/Veteran
